All personal training workouts last between 45-60 minutes and can be done at your home, office or at the our personal training studio in North County Dublin

Over 60% of my clients have all been members at one time or another of some of the big gyms and fitness clubs in and around Dublin city.The appeal of a personal fitness trainer is that it allows my clients to workout at a convenient time that suits their lifestyle and 50% of personal training and fitness weight loss training is done from my clients home.
Diets Don't Work:
As a personal fitness trainer I realize that anyone who may be reading this will at one time or another have tried the latest fitness weight loss diet or diet products with varied success. It is my belief that weight loss diets don’t work – weight loss diets are just a quick fix. Who wants to be counting calories, carbs and fat? We take all the guess work out of your diet and nutrition.

Nutrition Requirements:
Every 7 days each personal fitness client is sent a diet plan or meal plan by email which includes all the food they like to eat on a regular basis. At Focus Fitness we workout your daily diet, nutrition requirements and fitness program for you. All private personal fitness trainer sessions can be done at home, office or the gym.
OUR fitness program:
Each fitness program prescribed is carefully designed and monitored based on each clients individual dietary habits, lifestyle and exercise preferences. All clients are given a full clinical assessment which includes -
- full postural analysis
- cardiovascular fitness test
- Cardiovascular fitness test ( Vo2 Max) Strength Tests
- flexibility tests
- body fat analysis
- blood pressure and cholesterol check
Wedding Training Programme
For past 8 years Focus Fitness has been the number one choice in Personal Training for getting the Bride and Groom into shape for their big day with "The Wedding Training Programme".
The programme is done over a 15 week period with just 3 Personal Training sessions a week- and the results that Aidan and his team have achieved are amazing.
We provide three options:
Option 1 - The Buddy System: This is were the Bride & Groom train together. It is more cost efficient, and many couples find it very rewarding, challenging and motivating to train at the same time.
Option 2 - Personal One 2 One tuition: Due to work commitments, busy schedules and changing time-tables many Bride & Grooms prefer this option. Here at Focus Fitness we open from 6am to 9pm so there is always time to fit the programme in around your working day.
Option 3 - INDOOR/ OUTDOOR: Many clients prefer the option of training from home; however I always encourage outdoor training when possible. Training in a park or beach offer lots of challenges and variety. Any equipment if and when needed is supplied by Focus Fitness. Each client is given a detailed diet that is closely monitored. We also keep in regular contact with our clients with phone calls, texts and emails if and when needed.

the buddy system:
A few months back I devised what I call a buddy system. This system allows 2 friends to train together at the same time. This "Buddy System" has proved to be very popular with husbands and wives, sister and brother, brides to be-and grooms to be. In fact anyone who has a buddy! The programme has many benefits. It is very motivating for one buddy to keep the other working when the going gets tough. The all important food planning and preparation is less of a chore when both are driven to reach their short and long term goals. It is also very economical, with discounts of up to 50% depending on the amount of sessions booked. Each client is given a detailed eating plan to help them reach their goals.
