Head Trainer & Founder
Aidan has been involved in the fitness and martial arts industry for over 25 years. Aidan believes “DIETS are short term solutions that end up being long term problems”. Aidan has featured on TV3, RTE Radio 1, 2fm, 98fm, Sunday Independent, Irish Times, The Sunday Business Post and most recently The Herald.
Aidan lives by what he teaches and takes his own personal training very seriously, to him it is a way of life. However, he does take time to wind-down and loves nothing more than spending a little bit of time fishing with his dog “Diesel” – these two trusty companions are never too far apart!

- Level 2 NCEF diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Personal Training (PEAI).
- Strength & Conditioning Coach.
- Sports Injury Rehabilitation Therapist.
- FETAC Level 5, Occupational First Aid Qualified.

- Founder of Hard Target Self Defence Systems.
- British Combat Association Self Defence Instructor (awarded by Geoff Thompson).
- 2nd Degree Black Belt Kick boxing.
- Krav Maga Self Defence Instructor (IKMF).
- 2nd Degree Black Belt (Self Defence Federation UK).
- Qualified Instructor in F.I.S.T Police Tactical Suit.
- BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Close Protection (Bodyguard).
Noelle has worked with Focus Fitness Personal Training for the last 3 years. She is a stern but fair trainer! She possesses determination and drive, to push clients beyond their own self-belief which returns results for both her and the client every time. She has a keen focus on body image and how clients perceive themselves. She believes that “mind-set is key to achieving results”.
