As the owner and personal trainer of Focus Fitness, Aidan Carroll also runs two very successful Self Defence Schools also based out of the Focus Fitness Gym in Turvey North County Dublin

Aidan's Self Defence Schools are Hard Target Self Defence and Krav Maga Dublin, the longest established Krav Maga Club in Ireland

At focus Fitness we find an increasing number of personal training clients are interested in learning new skills in the whole area of self defence. Many of these classes are aimed at beginners and teach skills that can be applied to normal everyday situations. BODY CONDITIONING - LADIES

A general fitness course for ladies to include total body workout ie. Aerobics/step, aerobics/circuits and toning to all levels of fitness. Fitness testing on first night.

SELF DEFENCE
Get fit while learning to protect yourself. Course curriculum includes: Escapes from chokes, strangles, grabs, abduction, how to read body language before an attack, self-defence and the law and much more.

Combat Fitness - Monday Nights Starts Monday September 27th - Nov 8th

Due to the Bank Holiday on Oct 25th all classes will be postpond to the following Monday.

sampleIf you want to get into shape for the New Year- then this class is the answer. The class is taught by Aidan Carroll who is one the Countries leading Personal Trainers. Aidan is a NCEF level 2 qualified personal Trainer and holds a diploma in anatomy & physiology and has been getting people into shape for over 20 years and those who train with him know that his methods work!
The classes trains every component of fitness - Aerobic, Anaerobic, Strength, Flexibility, Core Conditioning and a combative mindset.
