We specialise in providing successful personal training and ensuring that every facet of your physical and emotional health is nurtured. All sessions are conducted in our friendly and fully equipped Personal Training Studio in North-County Dublin.

Box-It Fitness Classes

BOX-IT Classes

Cardio kick boxing is a great fitness workout that really gets the heart pumping and muscles toned. This class will challenge your aerobic fitness and anaerobic thresholds. As with all classes, they are performed to music, but the main emphasis of this class is based on martial arts style punching and kicking.

It’s a super fun class to take part in with lots of sweat and calories burned!

When – Every Tuesday evening from 6.15pm to 7.15pm.

Cost is €10 per class. Block book 10 classes and only pay for 9.

What is Box-It?

Box- IT is a unique form of fitness training designed to work every major muscle in the body while also burning more calories than any other programme in a standard 45 minute session. Each student is partnered up and every module involves the use of focus pads.

What are focus pads?
Focus pads have been used for over 100 years as the main training equipment for boxers. They can be used for striking, using hands, elbows, knee’s and feet.
Will I be fit enough?

Each class is designed so that every technique used can immediately be adapted and/or progressed to suit the students fitness level.

What is the duration of each class?

Each class is 45 minutes, which includes a 5 minute warm up, 5 minutes stretch, main phase 30 minutes and a 5 minute cool down.

Does it include exercises to work my stomach muscles?

Yes, the class works every major muscle group, with a large emphasis on toning the abdominal area.

What do I need to bring?

A towel, water and the will to train.

Circuit Training Classes

Our Circuit training classes test and improve all components of physical fitness – aerobic fitness, anaerobic, LME (local muscular endurance and flexibility).

The circuit training class is great fun and appeals to everybody. Each exercise is performed for a set time decided by your fitness trainer.

Classes will start in September 2015, dates yet to be announced.

Body Muscle Toning Classes

Body & Muscle Toning Classes

The classes are normally taken by clients who already have a fitness program in place and are looking to supplement the existing fitness workout routines.

This class targets certain problem areas with a keen focus on bums, tums and thigh areas.

Classes will start in September 2015, dates yet to be announced.

Sports Massage & Neuromuscular and Sports Injury Therapy Sessions
